When I try to open Internet Download Manager site or update IDM from my computer, it does not work. Why can this happen?

Please make sure that "hosts" and "lmhosts.sam" files in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc do not have any lines with internetdownloadmanager .com or tonec.com.
