IDM does not show a video download panel for web players. What should I do?
- At first please make sure that you have installed the latest version of IDM.

- Also note that some sites use protocols that are not yet supported by IDM. For such sites IDM cannot show video download panel. You can check if video download panel is shown on You_Tube, there IDM should show it normally. We plan to add support for additional protocols like RTSP in one of the future versions of IDM.
- Some videos (for example many large clips on You_Tube) may use protected protocol that IDM does not support for legal reasons. You can read more about it here.
